Painting has always been a high priority in my life.
Even as a child I was fascinated to give my portrayals of people a personality, to provive them with a "soul".
Half french, I spent my holidays with my grandmother usually in France. Every time I returned with a big stack of drawings and paintings - impressions that I was allowed to collect these times. Since then I really fell for the unique colors of the French Riviera as well as the multicultural atmosphere in Paris. My spirit for beauty and my cosmopolitanism were shaped at that time - reflected in my paintings.

After various classes in painting during childhood the examination, which career to choose followed at the end of the 10th grade. I decided to visit a 2-year vocational school in Cologne and afterwards the Art Academy. While studying I helped out in an artist's workshop in Cologne - here I learned how to deal with oil paints and working with the airbrush gun. Initial works on canvas originated, and thus the foundation of my artistic career was laid.

Looking for the right career I then moved to the film and television industry, where I work as a freelance stage painter since many years. At the same time I created large-scale oil and acrylic paintings and murals on commission - in parallel to my scene painting projects. Only in recent years I started to follow my intuition creating paintings in my own style.
